8 Golden Sunset Photos

Sunset is the period of the day that is most commonly photoed by photographers. These events of watching the sun hide behind the horizon are so stunning and inspiring. The duration of a sunset never seem to last long but is long enough to feel special.

The sunsets and the sunrises are the most photographed events mostly because one reason. It is the colors and the lighting that is perfect for portraits and landscapes. There are 3 phases of a sunset. The first one is the civil twilight. This is the brightest period and it starts from the moment when the sun starts going behind the horizon. This period lasts for about 30 minutes. The second period is called nautical twilight. This period is right after the civil twilight and it also lasts for about 30 minutes. During this time the colors of the sky are deep blue and there is a mixture of yellow and orange hues as a leftover of the sun. The last and third period is the astronomical twilight or shortly called “astro”. This is the darkest period of the sunset and it is the last 30 minutes before the night. The sky is getting darker and darker, but still there is a usable light.

In this list you can see some amazing sunsets. If you have a free time, never forget to watch the sunsets. It is one of the most magical event that occurs daily and can not be replaces with anything else.
