Godafoss is situated in the Bárðardalur district of North-Central Iceland. The waterfall is formed from river Skjálfandafljót. Water of the river falls from a height of 12 meters over a width of 30 meters. Godafoss is one of the most popular end most photographed waterfall in Iceland.
