Old Helensburgh Railway Tunnels
Old Helensburgh railway tunnels, New South Wales, Australia.
The old Helensburgh railway station and old railway tunnels don’t look that bad today, they are located not too far from the current railway station.
If you are ready to go into the tunnel and get a little muddy and wet, you might see (after you’ll get used to the dark) some glow-worms stuck to the tunnel’s roof.
Helensburgh railway tunnels – Opened on 3rd October 1888, and closed on 30th May 1915.
