The Southern Cape is a great place to see whales during September and following the route from Bredasdorp to Gansbaai. Along the route you can stop at Agulhas National Park, The Shipwreck museum and Danger Point lighthouse as well as many viewing points and cut ins for amazing sights. Late summer, early Autumn are the best times to visit this route and you should give yourself around three days for the road trip.
